Recently, we assisted this homeowner with removing stones and installing loam. We also covered the loam with seed and hay to begin the grass growing process. Often times, we encounter homeowners who have once had their property going in one direction with the addition of numerous hardscapes, and they look to go into another direction. The stones that were in this lawn were leftover from a firepit. Our excavation team cleared out these stones and installed loam. Loam is used to begin the grass growing process after objects, like stone, have been cleared out. We added seed and hay after.
